Mercy Regional Medical Center will offer a free class for people diagnosed with prediabetes from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 5, in Suite 140 of the medical office building, 1010 Three Springs Blvd.
Instructors Sheena Carswell and Marge Morris will give attendees information about how to manage prediabetes and prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
