Naturopathic practitioner Nancy Utter will offer free 30-minute adrenal gland assessments from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Durango Natural Medicine, 117 County Road 250.
The adrenal glands manage “fight or flight” responses and are heavily affected by stress. Participants will learn about how natural medicine can help reduce the negative effects stress has on the body.
