I have been a resident of Durango on and off since 1991, and I have watched multiple City Councils struggle to address the lack of affordable housing for decades.

In 2023, we are experiencing an unprecedented housing crisis and we desperately need a passionate housing advocate that can bring a more diverse, compassionate, youthful voice to Council. We need someone that believes in providing more affordable housing, addressing homelessness with evidence-based strategies, and supporting our neighbors that are rapidly being pushed out of our community.
