Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado will present an expanded Parade of Homes in September, featuring more opportunities for Four Corners residents to connect with building industry leaders and get inspired.

The Parade of Homes takes visitors on a tour of Southwest Colorado’s leading-edge homes, remodels and commercial spaces finished within the past three years. For the first time, the event will span both La Plata and Archuleta counties.

The Archuleta County parade will be held Sept. 16 to 19 and the La Plata County parade will be held Sept. 23 to 26. Tickets are good for both weekends, and will admit visitors to multiple venues over the two four-day periods to allow for good health practices.

A virtual tour will also be hosted after the live parade on the HBASC website.

Proceeds from the event help fund the HBASC’s “Building the Future” scholarship and the “Tool Up” program.
