The Friends of the Pine River Library District will hold its annual winter book and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 2 in the Community Room at Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive, in Bayfield.
The event will feature a selection of donated books, baked goods, a silent art auction and a food drive for Pine River Shares. Those who donate a nonperishable food item will receive a free baked good from the sale.
