After the initial round of feedback in October, the city Clerk’s Office has created an updated draft of the city’s open records request policy.

The policy was last updated in 2014. Since then, there have been changes to statewide legislation related to the Colorado Open Records Act. The proposed revisions to the city’s policy will include updates based on the new legislation and feedback provided by community members.
The deadline for final feedback is at 4:30 p.m. Friday.
