Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado will host a free and interactive presentation around tiny-home developments from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday via Zoom.
Tiny homes are growing in popularity because of their affordability, mobility, simplicity and the region’s changing demographic trends. Hear lessons learned from Bob Lieb, the developer behind Escalante Village, located in Durango and the region’s first tiny home community. Learn the good, bad and unknowns about tiny home development.
Lieb was the owner of Durango Threadworks and a La Plata County commissioner from 2000 to 2008.
