The San Juan College Center for Student Careers and Employment will hold the Career and Internship Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday in the Henderson Fine Arts Center.
People can meet with local employers who are hiring for full- and part-time positions, as well as seasonal jobs and internships. In addition, several employers will have opportunities available for veterans.
More than 75 companies and organizations will be on hand to showcase numerous entry level and professional positions from health care, skilled trades, retail and human services to business, energy, food service, sales, agriculture and educational services.
Some of the participating companies include Freeport McMoRan, Marathon Petroleum, Four Corners Materials, Target, San Juan County, Home Depot, U.S. Census Bureau, Smiths, Webb Automotive, San Juan Regional Medical Center, Northern Navajo Medical Center, Raytheon, United Pipeline, NAPI and more.
