San Juan Regional Medical Center cardiologists will offer teens 13 to 18 free cardiac screenings from 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 9 in the catheterization laboratory and radiology waiting area at the hospital, 801 West Maple St., in Farmington.
Limited echo and baseline electrocardiography tests will be given to registered participants.
Participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and they must complete a consent and participation form for their appointment.
Registration deadline is Dec. 8. Limited time slots are available.
