San Juan Regional Medical Center will offer a free “Healthy Eating Made Easy” class from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Bonnie Dallas Senior Center, 109 E. La Plata St., in Farmington.
A registered dietitian will help participants overcome barriers to healthy eating. The class is offered through the San Juan Regional Medical Center full-engagement training program, which helps people find energy they didn’t know they had by understanding nutrition, movement, stress management and purpose.
