Free joint-health and arthritis classes will be offered at 5:30 p.m. May 17 and Sept. 20, at San Juan Regional Medical Center, 407 South Schwartz Ave., Farmington.

Classes are open to the public and will include tips about how to live an active lifestyle and keep joints healthy. Orthopedic surgeons will explain available treatments and answer questions.
