Sexual Assault Services Organization will host a free 30-hour sexual assault victim advocate training from Sept. 18 to Sept. 30.
The training teaches participants how to support survivors and become an advocate. Successful completion of the training provides certification for the state of Colorado.
Applications are required and are available at www.durangosaso.org. Applications are due by Sept. 1.
