A Schlotzsky’s and Cinnabon shop is coming to downtown Main Avenue.

Remodeling is underway in a formerly vacant storefront at 846 Main Ave. A sign on the door pegs the opening date as Feb. 12.

Sachs Construction is working on the project.

Schlotzsky’s is a fast-food sandwich chain, while Cinnabon is a bakery chain know for its cinnamon rolls. Both brands are owned by Focus Brands of Atlanta.

The Schlotzsky’s will become the third fast-food sandwich chain downtown, after Subway and Jimmy John’s, which opened in November.
