The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 8 is seeking donations for its Shop with a Cop event. For the event, law enforcement officers paired with La Plata and Archuleta county children in need go to Walmart and shop for essentials and toys they otherwise would not have access to.
The event is fully funded by business and citizen donation. Donations can be made to Durango FOP Lodge 8, Shop with a Cop, P.O. Box 2172, Durango, CO 81302. Sponsors who want to be recognized can indicate so in the letter with their donation.
