Southwestern Colorado Area Health Education Center seeks volunteers to serve as mentors during the Summer Health Careers Institute that will take place July 21 to Aug. 3.
The program exposes youths to health care professions, with local and practicing health care professionals assisting with curriculum and activities.
Volunteers are needed from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 3 for hands-on stations and mentor interviews. Lunch is provided.
