Ska Brewing’s benefits package includes a self-funded health insurance plan, dental, vision and a 401K. Employees are treated to two free beers after every shift, along with discounted ski passes and gym memberships.

Ska Brewing also encourages its employees to volunteer in the community by allotting them a set number of hours annually to help local organizations.

“If you spend time volunteering at nonprofits, we will pay those employees from our own payroll,” Vincent said.
