4CORE thankful for successful solar project

Four Corners Office of Resource Efficiency extends a heartfelt thank you to the businesses and community members who helped make the Raise the Solar Bar program in Pagosa Springs a huge success.

The 20-kilowatt solar installation and battery-storage technology was made possible by the generous support of La Plata Electric Association, the Environmental Protection Agency, Michael and Elaine Moravan, Britt Bassett and Ilana Stern, First Southwest Bank and the Ballantine Family Fund.

The project was truly a community effort. Four local solar companies donated time and expertise to install solar for the residents of Socorro Senior Living to save an estimated $5,000 a year.

Thank you, SolarWorks, Dobson Solar, Flatrock Solar and Living Solar for the hard work and donations for this project.
