12:35 p.m. A homeless man was smoking marijuana from an aluminum can outside the Durango Smoke Shop, 113 W. College Drive.
6:24 p.m. Police responded to a call about an injured deer that needed to be put down near Fassbinder Park, 140 W. Park Ave.
Wednesday
1:29 a.m. Someone was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at McDonald’s, 201 W. College Drive. Police made an arrest.
