8:52 a.m. People in a car were threatening someone with a plastic pipe in the 60 block of Mercado Street.

10:33 a.m. A driver and passenger were both smoking marijuana in their car in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.

11:29 a.m. A man was yelling and throwing things in the 3500 block of Earl Street.

11:45 a.m. A group of men was drinking by dumpsters in the 900 block of Camino del Rio.

12:22 p.m. A woman called to report her neighbor was attempting to take her computer through the wall in the 2300 block of Main Avenue.

2:49 p.m. A woman threw bottles and left her 14-year-old nephew in the store at Upper East Side Liquors, 60 County Road 234.

4:30 p.m. A topless man lay on the corner of east 11th Street and Main Avenue.

Firefighters and medics responded to 14 calls Thursday, including three instances of unconsciousness or fainting, two automatic fire alarms, two reports of smoke outside and two traumatic injuries.
