8:46 a.m. A man was reportedly snorting out of a can at Walmart, 1155 South Camino del Rio.

10:30 a.m. Two male subjects were throwing rocks at people on the Animas River Trail from the dirt lot next to Durango Downtown Inn, 800 Camino del Rio.

7:23 p.m. A man was firing a 12-gauge shotgun at a bear near Virgina Street and Bacus Avenue.

8:34 p.m. An intoxicated woman with a dog fell asleep near the railroad tracks behind Rite Aid Pharmacy, 28 Town Plaza.

9:49 a.m. Someone reported that a bear broke a window at the St. Columba School, 1801 East Third Ave., while a teacher was possibly inside.

1:07 a.m. Someone reported that two dead bear cubs were in the southbound lane blocking the road at 34511 U.S. Highway 550.

2:34 a.m. A person was detained after a theft occurred at Sky Ute Casino Resort, 14324 Highway 172. Southern Ute Police Department was on scene.
