9:23 a.m. Two dumpsters with the lids left open had trash blowing out of them on Owens Road in Three Springs.

9:29 a.m. Lumber with nails sticking out was in the road near south City Market, 6 Town Plaza.

Saturday

5:16 a.m. A man was sleeping in a laundry room at Mountain Sun Apartments, 1208 Florida Road.

7:14 a.m. A man wearing a red coat and black tight pants was trying to break into cars at Town Plaza.

12:40 p.m. A man wearing a blue beanie urinated on a car while in front of women and children near Walmart. Police made an arrest.

3:23 p.m. A partially naked man urinated on a sidewalk in the 700 block of Main Avenue. Police made an arrest.

4:07 p.m. A drunken man threw a 2-inch by 4-inch board into the street and was approaching people with it near Ninth Street and Main Avenue.

8:27 p.m. Someone set a suitcase on fire near Subway, 1145 South Camino del Rio.

10:32 p.m. Two people were smoking marijuana in the Walgreens parking lot, 2701 Main Ave.. At least one of the loiterers urinated on the wall.

Friday

11:14 a.m. A man was screaming, possibly at his dog, in the 400 block of South Camino del Rio.

12:07 p.m. A woman wanted to talk to police about someone stealing her sleeping bag, according to a report at Schneider Park, 960 Roosa Ave.

4:01 p.m. Three men were in body armor in a black Cadillac, and they seemed suspicious, according to a report in the 100 block of East Fifth Avenue.

4:28 p.m. A woman possibly stole a necklace, and she was trying to sell it in the Walmart parking lot.

11:23 p.m. A man was making an obscene gesture in a vehicle at a car wash in the 400 block of South Camino del Rio.

Firefighters and medics responded to 56 calls Thursday through Sunday, including an assault, two brush fires, a gas leak in an alley in the 700 block of East Third Avenue, two reports of smoke outdoors, five traffic crashes and a vehicle on fire.
