3:38 p.m. A woman driving a blue Subaru was driving erratically and yelling at passers-by near Mercy Regional Medical Center.
4:49 p.m. Two girls on a motorized scooter almost got hit by a pickup near Ninth Street and Camino del Rio.
8:48 p.m. Someone driving a blue Jeep was slumping in the seat, swerving and took a wide corner too fast near South Camino del Rio and the West Frontage Road.
