8:33 a.m. A man was urinating on property at the Durango Recycle Center, 710 Tech Center Drive.

12:37 p.m. Six people were fighting near Eastlawn Avenue and Montview Parkway.

4:21 p.m. Someone was loitering and aggressively trying to sell pins in the 600 block of Main Avenue.

5:13 p.m. A dryer was smoking and possibly had an electrical fire at Children’s Cornerstone, 2899 Holly Avenue.

5:37 p.m. A man was riding a dirt bike up and down the road at a high rate of speed in the 100 block of Pinnacle Place. Police issued a warning.

5:43 p.m. A man was using a knife to open packages and steal merchandise at Walmart. Police made an arrest.

7 p.m. A man and a woman were getting naked and being inappropriate in the 200 block of East Fourth Avenue.

4:18 p.m. Twenty five cows were loose on County Road 321.

4:34 p.m. La Plata County Search and Rescue assisted a man with a shattered shoulder in San Juan County, Colorado.

5:10 p.m. Cars were swerving to avoid a large plastic tub of kitty litter near Colorado Highway 3 and Sawmill Road.

6:43 p.m. Bikers were riding four or five abreast in the 1000 block of East Animas Road (County Road 250).

7:44 p.m. A man reported seeing a UFO drop people off on a mesa near Farmington Hill, just south of Durango.

9:23 p.m. A GMC suburban was involved in a hit-and-run crash in the west 100 block of Eighth Street. Police made an arrest.

10:24 p.m. A man accidentally called 911 while resetting his Apple watch at Purgatory Resort.
