12:19 p.m. A driver of a silver Subaru with an Oakland Raiders sticker on the back was stopped by police at 2500 Main Ave.
1:17 p.m. Someone reported three to four men smoking marijuana in the parking lot behind El Rancho Tavern, 975 Main Ave.
1:17 p.m. A man was reported to be shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 800 S. Camino del Rio, and he was seen pulling tags off clothing in the bathroom.
2:19 p.m. Someone reported three men in the alley behind the 800 block of Main Avenue who were too intoxicated to stand.
5:42 p.m. A man with a knife was reported to be “freaking out” and acting strangely at Natural Grocers, 1123 Camino del Rio.

12:12 a.m. A driver in a gold Chevy Blazer with temporary license plates was reported to be swerving and hitting curbs on west 27th Street.
2:11 a.m. An intoxicated man in a black shirt was passed out in the lobby of the Best Western Rio Grande Inn, 400 East Second Ave.
2:29 a.m. A man possibly on drugs with unknown weapons was reported shouting on the sidewalk in front of Conoco, 1991 Main Ave.
4:21 a.m. Someone reported an unknown man persistently knocking on the front door of their unit at the Iron Horse Inn, 5800 Main Ave.
