Kennedy Meeks and North Carolina took a punch from Kenny Kaminski and No. 1 Michigan State on Wednesday night in East Lansing, Mich. It wasn’t the Spartans’ best punch, but the unranked Tar Heels upset the No. 1 on the Spartans’ home court in convincing fashion, 79-65. While at North Carolina, head coach Roy Williams now is 7-0 against Michigan State counterpart Larry Izzo.
