How can Rep. Scott Tipton and his fellows be so callous to take a three-day weekend and return home instead of staying in Washington to restart the government and resolve the debt crisis. Don’t they have any concern for all the people in their districts and in the country who have been furloughed or laid off, are stressed out and have lost paychecks? Do they not feel guilty when they cash their paycheck when many of us aren’t getting a paycheck?
