La Plata County Extension and Mercy Regional Medical Center will sponsor a weight loss and maintenance support group from 4 to 5 p.m. the first Tuesday of every month (except August) at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.
Participants will build supportive habits, develop awareness, be surrounded by inspiration and take away resources.
