Did anybody see the person on the moped Saturday (Feb. 23) headed south down the mountain on 550, right where the train crosses under the tracks, about 8:30 a.m. during the snow storm?
I must know why!
There was solid ice and snow, I didn’t even want to be in my 4Runner, let alone on a moped.
Was his car stuck and his wife was giving birth?
I’ve created different scenarios in my head. Overly dedicated worker? New to town? Part of “Dumb and Dumber” sequel filming?
Please help me know his story.
