I have lived in Ecuador for 26 years. As a Durango visitor and follower of the Herald for more than 10 years (and as a prospective resident), it would be interesting to know why more than half of respondents in the recent online poll indicated they feel “moderately secure” in Durango, as opposed to “very secure.” Is this based on local concerns or on broader state, national or even international concerns?
