“A Women’s Workshop for Connection to the Pelvic Floor” will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 3 at Yoga Durango, 1485 Florida Road.
The workshop, lead by Cindy Schmidt, is open to women of all ages who want to learn about pelvic floor awareness and health and will involve movement, mindfulness and creative expression to connect core functions and stability.
Cost is $75.
