You can’t beat the freshness

Lucas Manymules, 5, takes a big bite of Harvest Stew at Wednesday during lunch at Needham Elementary as the school celebrates Colorado Proud Meal Day. The stew is made up of local meats and produce. Several Durango schools also serve food grown in their own gardens. Lucas is the son of Lionel Manymules and Lasasha Todacheeny.
