Delivery via postal service not working

I guess you really, truly don’t care about us.

Herald, you decided that we live in a “remote” area. Yes, there are only a few hundred of us in our community and it’s 20-odd miles out of town, but the roads are mostly flat and paved for all but two blocks. Pretty remote, I guess.

You decided that we would have to depend on the postal service to deliver our paper, but you don’t bother to get the papers to them.

I didn’t gripe the first few times, even though a major snowstorm warning was two days late. But I am now thoroughly annoyed.

We got last Friday’s paper on Monday, Wednesday’s paper on Thursday and by April 7th the brand new Saturday edition (April 1st) had not arrived.

After three months of lousy service, you, Herald, need new management.

Editor’s note: The Herald has made arrangements with the U.S. Postal Service to ensure that newspapers are delivered the same day they are printed.
