I’m afraid this country is no longer “by the people, for the people.” It is now under leadership that is run by a billionaire for billionaires. A man who ran for the presidency saying he wouldn’t touch Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security.
Well, we now know that was a big lie. This government does not care about ordinary citizens. This government only cares about what will make them more money and power. I am sad for our country. Where are the checks and balances? We, the people, are losing our voice and our democracy.
