There have been several recent letters and articles telling us that the economy is in the tank and that President Trump’s success with the economy is some kind of illusion. That is ridiculous. Take the Dow: It took a dive earlier this year because of the virus scare but has recovered to 96% of the February all-time high. Look at housing values: After allowing for inflation, they are up more than 30% since Trump took office. We may not like his politically incorrect personality, but you cannot find fault in his handling of the economy, or in all the other things he has accomplished.
