In the coverage of the DeploraBall (Herald, Jan. 21), one participant was quoted as saying, “Our government will be run like a business, and it is so exciting to watch.”
I hope that our government is not run like several of these failed or failing ventures: Trump Steaks, GoTrump.com, Trump Airlines, Trump Vodka, Trump Mortgage, Trump: the Game, Trump Magazine, Trump University, Trump Ice (bottled water), New Jersey Generals (football team), Tour de Trump (bike race), Trump on the Ocean (restaurant/catering hall), The Trump Network (vitamin pyramid scheme), Trumped! (talk radio), Trump New Media (video-on-demand and high-speed internet), and the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.
All these enterprises were advertised with typical Trump hyperbole and all are failures.
