Animas Valley Grange will host Susan Vidal of Brightwood Farm for her presentation, “Home-scale Cheesemaking,” at 6:30 p.m. June 20 at the grange, 7271 County Road 203.

Vidal will talk about her experience in home-scale cheese-making since 2013, when she and husband, Dean, bought their first Jersey cow. She will talk about the different types of cheeses and the cheese-making process for each.

The talk is in-person and free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
