The Durango Cowboy Gathering is now accepting entries for the 36th Annual Cowboy Parade, one of the largest nonmotorized parades in Colorado. The parade will be held Oct. 5. A new event this year will be the Horseback Social, which takes place before the parade begins.
Horseback riders, mules, burros, walkers, dancers – any entry that doesn’t have a motor is welcome. There is no entry fee.
