I worked with Sean Smith at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma City. I found him to be kind, intelligent and caring. During his time here, we became friends.
At the same time, it became obvious to me that his heart was still in Colorado – his true home as he called it. We tried to get him to stay here with us at the Department of Justice, but he said I know where my family and I belong.
The people of Durango and La Plata County won out. You are blessed to have such a good man in your community.
