Why is a Hispanic guy from Texas less qualified than anyone else?

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard in my life, “Go back to Mexico.” I’m from Colorado, native, but my parents are Mexican. Try replacing your words Texas with Mexico and Texan with Mexican and see how that sounds.

People can’t help where they’re from but they can work toward living a life they choose, and maybe Jose Madrigal’s dream is to live in Colorado.
