Registration open for mindfulness class

Balancing the Life will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday from March 22 to April 26 at The Smiley Building, Suite 105, 1309 East Third Ave.

Instructor Myah Lee is certified in both mindfulness and mindful self-compassion. This experiential program has been evolved from both mindfulness and mindful self-compassion practices based on research data and evidence linking these techniques to lessen anxiety, stress and depression.

Balancing the Life provides participants with the opportunity to explore typical and habitual responses to the difficulties of life and to cultivate resources in order to become a warm and supportive friend to oneself. The aim is to build resilience and skillful means for meeting emotional challenges.

Registration is required. All are welcome.
