John Hopkins has it right (Letters, Herald, Sept. 25). Rep. Scott Tipton and those of his mindset should lead by example. If they would cause a government shutdown in their effort to deny low-wage workers the opportunity to acquire health insurance, then their salaries and health insurance ought to be the first to be frozen.
